How opting out works
What this form does
It records your mobile number on the FUTURE AGENT (PTY) LTD do-not-contact list. Every agent's client list is checked against it, so you will stop receiving marketing calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails about new listings, valuations and market updates from any of our practitioners.
Why we ask for your mobile number
Your number is how we match you to the records our agents keep. Your name, email address and a note are optional, but they help us find you if you are saved under a different number or email.
Your rights under POPIA
Section 69 of the Protection of Personal Information Act lets you refuse direct marketing at any time, and section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act lets you block unwanted marketing. Opting out costs nothing and you do not need to give a reason.
Emails with an unsubscribe link
Marketing emails from us also include an unsubscribe link at the bottom, so you can stop emails straight from your inbox. Use this form to stop calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages as well.
